What is a Virtual Assistant?
In a Nutshell...
A virtual assistant, or VA, is an office professional that works from their own premises providing administration and secretarial support and other specialised services. In the office I would be known as a secretary, Personal Assistant (PA), filing clerk, receptionist or even bookkeeper. Offering these services off-site with the use of technology, I'm a Virtual Assistant (VA).
How does it work?
Working with a Virtual Assistant is as easy as working with a personal assistant in the office. All work and communication is handled either electronically, be it by phone, e-mail, fax or by post. I'm there however you need me.

Advantages of a Virtual Assistant
I save you money
- outsourcing means no office overheads or taking on an employee
- after the first hour you only pay for the minutes worked, be it regularly, flexibly or ad-hoc and at the appropriate rate for each job
- minimise loss of business while you’re on holiday or out the office – let me represent you with my call minding service
I save you time and effort
- I take care of your time consuming admin (invoices, arranging printing / adverts, filing etc.) leaving you to focus on your business
- I don't need managing, particularly time consuming every time you take on an agency temp
I'm a professional
I have years of office experience across a wide range of sectors. More importantly, like you, I'm a small business owner with a vested interest in the success of your business. Your success is integral to mine.
