Pricing

Hourly rates for ad-hoc work are as follows. Fees are charged by the minute after the first hour.

Traditional Secretarial Services - £20
Database creation and management - £20
Payroll - £30
Mailmerge and mailshots - £15
Data input - £15
Filing - £15
Call minding - £1 per call
Audio transcription from £1.50 per audio minute

Required time after 6pm is charged at time and a half. Weekend work is charged at double time.

Terms and Conditions
All clients are required to sign a contract before the commencement of work. Invoices for ad-hoc work are sent out at the end of each calendar month with a breakdown of services provided. Payment is required by cheque or bank transfer within 14 days from the date of invoice. Retainer payments are made at the beginning of each calendar month.

 

Three retainer packages are also available based on the number of hours you need each month. These are based on a £20 hourly rate, but offer extra value with the addition of free hours.

Pricing Table

Up to 20% of each month's unused contracted hours can be carried forward each month, however complimentary hours are to be used within the month. Additional time worked is added to the following month's bill.

Specific costs incurred such as stationery, postage, travel and other expenses are charged at cost.
